What is India Cup?
“India Cup” is the National Tennis Ball Cricket League organized by tenniscricket.in. In India, tennis ball cricket is already very popular and many national tennis cricket teams/state teams participate in the India Cup tournament. Till now, total 2 India Cup seasons were organized and India Cup season 2 held in 2024. In season 2, famous players like Karan Ambala and Krishna Satpute are also participating in the game.

Rules of the “India Cup” Cricket Tournament | 2024 Season 1
- Every match shall be played of 8 overs.
- Minimum 5 bowlers should be used in an Inning.
- Fielding team should complete the inning in limited 45 minutes only. It means total 90 minutes is allotted per cricket match, 45 minutes per inning.
- Only fair bowling action is allowed that means if illegal bowling action is found, there will be penalty of banning the bowler and minus 5 runs from the fielding team’s score.
- Players should remain in the discipline whether in the field or out of the filed.
- There is no net run rate rule in India Cup. It means, in a group, if teams have same points then decision shall be made via bowl out.
- There shall be 4 groups and 2 teams from each group shall qualify for the quarter finals.
- There will be open lottery for both quarterfinals and semi finals.
