Tennis ball cricket is one of the variants of the cricket played in India. Tennis cricket is played in two forms one is soft tennis ball cricket and another is hard tennis ball cricket. Hard tennis ball is little heavier than soft tennis ball. Sometimes electrical tape is covered on one side of the tennis ball or the entire tennis ball. If tape is used to cover the tennis ball then the format is known as tape ball cricket. Currently, we have some of the best tennis cricket players in India whose performances are really enjoyable. In India, various cricket tournaments are organized in different levels. Most of the village players participate in the tennis cricket tournament organized in the village levels. State level tennis cricket tournaments are giving even bigger stage where players from different parts of the state come to participate in the game.

Recently ISPL T10 has started in March 2024, street tennis cricket players from various part of the country have participated in the tournament. 96 tennis cricket players have been selected through ISPL players price bid/auction and 6 ISPL teams were formed. ISPL T10 selects tennis cricket players through ISPL registration process and trials. ISPL T10 is the biggest platform till now for tennis players to showcase their immense talents.

Other tennis cricket tournaments like Najeeb Mulla Trophy and India Cup are also organized nationwide regularly by bodies like tenniscricket.in, state bodies, and MLA’s in their region. These stages give chances to tennis cricket players to show their cricket talents and win some handsome prizes.
